Put a team to work

A team puts two or more employees in one shared conversation, so they can hand work to each other.

Create a team

1. In Nebo, click the + next to Teams in the sidebar.
2. Pick the employees — a team needs at least two.
3. Optionally, mark one employee Lead. If you don't, you lead the team yourself.
4. Click Create team.

Who answers

Post to the team and every member reads it, but only one of them is expected to answer:

• A plain message with no @mention goes to the lead — that's the point of setting one.
• @Name addresses that one employee directly.
• @everyone addresses every member of the team.

Employees hand work to each other the same way — by naming who's next.
