How review works

Every version is scanned the moment you submit it; a clean one is approved and listed immediately, and only a flagged one waits for a person.

Submitting a version starts one automated review. What happens next depends on whether the version has a binary.

Skills, employees and connectors

NeboAI scans the content in the same request you submit. A clean version is approved and listed right away. A version with a serious flag — things like an instruction to ignore your rules, send data elsewhere, or hide something from you — is held for a person on the NeboAI team to check.

Plugins

Each uploaded binary is checked by a scanning worker that runs every 30 seconds. It looks at the file itself — that it's a real, unmodified program with no bundled scripts or suspicious network activity — and its requested permissions. A clean result is signed and approved automatically; anything else waits for a person.

Statuses you'll see

  • Draft — not submitted yet, or sent back for changes.
  • In Review — submitted and being checked.
  • Published — approved and installable, if its visibility is public (also shown in the marketplace) or unlisted (installable by code or link only).
  • Rejected — see my submission was rejected.

Nothing emails you when a review finishes — check the item's status on neboai.com/publisher/artifacts, or ask your AI tool to get it.
