"This request couldn't be completed"

A content filter refused something in the conversation. Run /compact, rephrase, or start a new conversation.

Nebo checks every request against content filters before an employee works on it. When a filter refuses one, you see: "This request couldn't be completed. Something earlier in this conversation may be what's blocked. Running /compact often helps."

Try these, in order

  1. Run /compact. Type /compact in the message box and send it. It summarizes the conversation and clears the older messages, which often removes whatever the filter caught — the block is frequently something said earlier, not your latest message.
  2. Rephrase your request. Ask for the same thing in different words, with fewer specifics that might have tripped the filter.
  3. Start a new conversation. A fresh conversation with the same employee carries none of the earlier messages.
  4. Report it if a reply seemed wrong. If you think a reply itself — not your request — was offensive, harmful or mistaken, report that reply.

Why this happens

The filters exist to keep conversations safe, and they can misfire on ordinary requests. Nebo doesn't say which word or line was blocked, because the filter itself doesn't always know — that's why /compact, which clears older context, resolves most cases.
