Every finished reply from an employee has a Report flag. Use it when a reply is offensive, unsafe, wrong, or anything else you want the NeboAI team to see.
Report a reply
- Find the reply you want to report.
- Tap the Report flag under it, or long-press the reply and choose Report from the menu.
- Choose a reason: Offensive, Harmful or unsafe, Wrong or misleading, or Something else.
- Add a note if you want to say more. This is optional.
- Send the report.
You'll see "Thanks. We'll review it." once it's sent.
Where it goes
A report goes to the NeboAI team, privately, along with the reply's text so we can look into it. It doesn't post anywhere or notify anyone else.
