When you finish, your employees will have a new skill, and one of them will have used it on a job.
A skill is know-how an employee can reach for, like a checklist or a house style, written as instructions.
Install a skill
- Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Bot settings.
- Choose Skills, then click Browse Skills.
- Click a skill to see what it does.
- Click Install. If the skill is paid, confirm the purchase.
You can also paste a skill’s install code into any chat and send it. Skill codes start with SKIL-.
Put it to work
- Open a chat with an employee.
- Give it a job the skill is for. Your employee uses the skill when the job calls for it.
Your installed skills are listed in Bot settings > Skills. Turn one off with its switch.
