When you finish, Nebo will be running on your computer, your first employee will have a name, and it will have handed back its first piece of work.
Install Nebo
- Go to neboai.com/download and click Download for your computer. Nebo runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Open the file you downloaded and install Nebo.
- Open Nebo.
Set up Nebo
- Select I accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Get Started.
- Click Connect with NeboAI. Sign in, or create an account, in the browser window that opens. Then return to Nebo and click Continue.
- Choose what your employees can access, then click Continue. You can change this later in Settings.
- Click Open Nebo.
Signing in connects Nebo to the Marketplace and to the AI models your employees work with. If you choose Skip for now, you can sign in later: open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Bot settings, then Account, and click Connect.
Name your first employee
- In Name your first employee, type a name.
- Click Hire them. Nebo opens a chat with your new employee.
A short tour may appear. Follow it, or skip it.
Hand off your first job
- In the message box, describe the job and the result you want. For example: “Draft a follow-up to Sam Rivera at example.com, who asked for a quote last week. Keep it under 120 words.”
- Send the message.
- Read the draft your employee sends back. To change it, reply with what you want, like “Make it warmer.”
Tell your employee the end goal, not every step. It works out the steps, and it remembers what you tell it for the jobs that follow.
