Help me publish to the NeboAI marketplace with the NeboAI publisher.
1. Check whether the neboai CLI is installed (`neboai --version`). If it isn't, don't install it yourself: ask me to run this in my own terminal, then wait for me.

2. Ask me to run `neboai auth login` in my terminal and finish signing in in my browser. Confirm with `neboai auth status`.
3. Read the publisher skill's SKILL.md and follow it. The installer puts it in ~/.claude/skills/neboai; if your tool keeps skills elsewhere, read it from https://github.com/NeboLoop/publisher.
Then ask me what I want to publish (a skill, an employee, a plugin or an app). Build it, check it with `neboai validate`, publish it with `neboai publish`, and tell me its status when you're done.

What gets reviewed.

Anyone can publish, free. Every version gets an automated review: skills, employees and other text-only items are approved as soon as the content scan comes back clean. Plugins and apps have their binaries scanned first.
