Your employees work in your Odoo the way your team does. Ask in plain words ("record factory order D2040 with load date Oct 19 on the Rivera job", "what has arrived for order 4187", "which invoices are overdue") and the employee finds the record and does it.

• Any record: CRM leads, sale and purchase orders, receipts, invoices, customers and vendors, or any other model, custom Odoo Studio fields included.
• Changes: set fields (text, dates, links), create records, add notes. Nothing is written without an explicit confirm, and only when you turn writes on.
• Factory orders: ordered vs received vs remaining, and a line-by-line check of what was sold against what was ordered from the factory.
• Respects Odoo's rate limits and never resends a change that may already have gone through.
